When we had a pest problem, it was quite alarming and Martin came out quickly, found the problem and dealt with it across 4 visits. I found that period of time super stressful and Martin was kind and reassuring. I feel like the cost he charges is really reasonable for the work he does! At first, Martin told us that the problem could be resolved in 4 visits but on the third visit said it was going to take a long time. He takes too long to respond, meaning that my elderly mother had to collect dead mice bodies herself. He owes us a last visit that we've already paid for but he is now unresponsive. On top of that, the mouse problem seems to be getting worse - feeling very ripped off as we are still owed a visit and the problem has not improved. Service: Rodent extermination
