Chris is great! I was a very nervous driver & didn’t start learning until I was 30. After some lessons with another instructor who I didn’t gel with and made me feel very stressed while driving, I was even more nervous when I started with Chris. But he put me at ease straight away and was clear and patient with instructions, and made sure I had all the manoeuvres perfect before my test. I passed with only 2 minors and felt confident before my test. Highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to learn to drive soon.

Chris has been an incredible instructor on my journey to passing my test, patient and understanding when needed, and clear with his corrections anytime bad habits rear their heads. Chris is a fantastic instructor, and really makes you feel comfortable behind the wheel. He's quick to point out faults/ decisions on the road that could grow into bad habits or cause you to fail if left unchecked, giving you the best chance to develop strong driving skills. He's honest about your progress and will only encourage you to take the test when he truly believes you will pass, so you can be confident you'll succeed. Chris is the best! I have passed my driving test first time and I could not have done it without Chris. Chris is an amazing instructor, he is very calm and patient which makes him an excellent teacher, he explains all the manoeuvres in a simple straight forward manner and my lessons with him always ran smoothly. Do you want to pass your driving test first time? Well the answer to this, for me at least, was Chris (I passed with only 1 minor). Having tried a number of instructors first, I knew from my first lesson that Chris was the right fit for me. He was very organised (folder with highlighters), prompt (never late) and laser focused on getting me ready for my test which at this point was 6 months away. The lessons were calm but had a focus and he is not afraid to tell you where and when your going wrong and help you correct this fast. 6 Months felt like ages but for me was just about enough time to learn everything. To start we covered the basics, understanding clutch and accelerator (which Chris had diagrams prepared showing how these actually work). Moving on we took to turning left working towards meeting traffic. After a bit of time we started to look at the bigger roundabouts and manoeuvres. The reason Chris's teaching is so good is the fact its extremely well structured and you have a plan! A plan that works to pass! Good luck!

Chris was a brilliant driving instructor. Made me feel so comfortable and an easy environment to learn in. He equipped me with everything I needed to learn to be able to pas my driving test safely and confidently. All the hard work we put in over the months meant that I was prepared and ready to face any challenge that came my way. I couldn’t recommend enough.

I’ve just passed my test with Chris with 2 minors. He is most certainly the best instructor out there. When people thought I’d give up manual and move to automatic, Chris was there for me and made sure that I kept going. He gave me such great encouragement every lesson and has most certainly made me a very safe driver. He is so knowledgeable about all the different routes and if you aren’t the most confident person on the roads, he will reassure you and take everything at a smooth controlled pace.
