Wonderful small, well run company. Everyone is charming and the products are excellent. Delivery is polite and straightforward, you get a two-hour time slot on the day. Also you can ring them and talk to a person rather than a call centre.

Absolutely brilliant company! - Firstly, they will actually sell you a propane bottle if you don't already have one!!!. - They offer competitive prices on new bottles and refills. - They offer next day delivery, and it's FREE! - There website is simple and easy to use. No complicated sign up or things to fill out, just order and pay (they even accept PayPal.) - There delivery drivers are always super friendly . Overall, they offer a fantastic service! Would definetly recomend if you need a bottle of gas or a refill.

Excellent and efficient service, been using this company for years now, one of the few that don't charge rental for their gas bottles or for delivery so the prices are competitive. Order before midnight get it delivered next day , drivers always pleasant and helpful too. Highly recommended.

This is the only place anyone should be buying LPG from in London. Absolutely brilliant, always on time next day delivery. Helpful staff and good drivers. And friendly on the phone. Having suffered for years with terrible overall service from other gas bottle suppliers these are the best.

Love this company because they do exactly what it says on the tin. Order my replacement gas online in seconds, they turn up the next day as promised, friendly driver takes away the old and delivers the new one. Doesn't sound complicated but it's incredible how many companies mess up the simplest of processes. 100% reliable.

Brilliant Company !!!! Without question!! I’ve had about 14 deliveries over the last year. Every time, delivered the day after I placed my order . Charcoal, wood , coal, kindling , and a gas cylinder for my campervan . They bring it round to my back garden with no fuss . They always ring back, if I’ve left a message ,( but they usually pick up the phone straight away . ). I always place my order on their website . One time I placed my order 10pm on a sunday —- delivered Monday as usual . I’ve also rung up to amend orders a couple of times , again , no problem and no fuss . I recommended them to my son who now has regular deliveries from them . This is the ONE company ,who still give a personal service ,(unlike banks ,utility companies , and the rest of these deadbeat service industries. )I’m 72 years old ,and remember when most companies use to provide a personalised service . London Gases are the only company left that do it . 👍👍👍👍😎

Huge thanks. Staff is very responsive over email and was available to sort things out quickly. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Saturday in challenging conditions during the lockdown. Fast and great service!

I received really good service from this company at the start, but then had an incident involving a VERY aggressive driver to the point where nearby Police came to ask if I wanted to report the incident (I didn't, but now wish I did!). I contacted the office immediately after and it wasn't handled very well. The driver was very quick to call before me with a bunch of lies (to which the nearby Police would confirm!). I was told to use another company who would even be cheaper! They have turned out to be over 25% cheaper. Appalling service aside, I would definitely recommend comparing their prices and be surprised if they're competitive.
